These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and any content, features, or services made available through it (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
These Terms do not govern the sale of equipment or products by BHL. Equipment sales are governed by BHL’s separate Terms and Conditions of Sale, which are provided with each invoice or quote.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Not Medical Advice
The Site is provided for informational and marketing purposes only. Content on the Site — including information about wellness modalities such as hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red light therapy, PEMF, infrared sauna, compression therapy, IV therapy, peptides, exosomes, and stem cell services — is not medical advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a licensed healthcare provider.
BHL does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Any services described on the Site that involve medical procedures are performed by, or under the supervision of, licensed medical professionals at BHL locations. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any wellness or recovery program.
4. Accounts
Certain features of the Site (such as booking, purchasing, or contacting us via forms) may require you to submit personal information or create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, current, and complete information;
- Maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials;
- All activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion.

BHL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED USE.
BHL does not warrant that the Site will be error-free, secure, or continuously available, or that any content is accurate, complete, or current.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BHL AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE.
BHL’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BHL and its officers, directors, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your access to or use of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any rights of another.
12. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, seated in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
YOU AND BHL WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION OR CLASS ARBITRATION.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court, or seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for infringement of intellectual property rights.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) shall survive.
15. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BHL regarding the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
- Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- No Waiver. BHL’s failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
- Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. BHL may assign these Terms freely.
